This is evidenced by how quickly we developed the first NAMA-certified fully integrated Smartlock system. In addition, we have converted our upright models to use an eco-friendly, natural refrigerant in conjunction with meeting or exceeding DOE 2017 energy efficiency requirements. Converting to a natural refrigerant is not only good for the environment it also improves operating efficiencies and cost savings for our customers and puts them ahead of the 2020 EPA conversion requirement. In our production facility we are constantly investing in the newest manufacturing technologies and equipment and automating processes to ensure we remain a leader with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and resulting product quality.

We always strive to meet the needs of our customers and offer flexibility to work around our customers’ needs. We focus on solving our customers’ special requirements, whether that’s developing a customized shelf or rack, or customizing POP materials. Minus Forty specializes in customized graphics that can add branding and greater visual appeal to cabinets. We also provide the solutions you need when you need them and can develop a custom delivery program including maintaining finished stock and the ability to ship within 24 hours of receipt of orders when necessary.

Warranties and service guarantees

Minus Forty supports its product with a friendly and courteous customer support team who have comprehensive troubleshooting knowledge to deliver quick resolutions and solutions to any issue that may arise with our commercial coolers and freezers. We also have a nation-wide network of preferred service technicians available to serve our customers.

All products carry one-year parts and labor coverage and four years additional coverage on compressor parts. We also offer extended warranty options tailored to your specific needs.
